Myra is a doctoral student at Pacific University, with a Master’s of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology. She works with individuals with a variety of concerns, including anxiety-related issues, depression, trauma, struggles with self-esteem and body image, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and relationship concerns. She embraces a client-led approach, with an emphasis on the mind-body connection. Her aim is to provide and foster an environment for individuals to build resilience while making peace with life transitions, and create hope for the future.  She is excited about working with cancer survivors and their loved ones to get the support they need. Myra feels honored to participate while these individuals rewrite their stories.
